Episode 14 -- Conversation with Tim Dickinson
This episode I sit down with Tim and talk about everything from Customer Success, to favorite destinations, and of course, we relive the story of how Tim earned his moniker of “Silver Tongue”.
Tim is part of Okta’s Customer Success team in Canada and helps our customers there get the greatest value possible from Okta solutions and services. Tim has worked in identity for 6 years (Okta, SailPoint, and CA), in IT security for 9 years, in Customer Success for 10 years, and in post-sales customer support or success for 20 years. He has guided many of the world’s largest, most complex organizations to achieve their enterprise software outcomes. Tim lives in Halifax, Nova Scotia but spent 15 years living in the UK and Australia and has worked with customers all over Europe and Asia.
